STEP 1 – PREBIOTIC CLEANSER

Wet your face with lukewarm water and massage a few drops of liquid into the skin, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid contact with eyes. We recommend repeating the action because we know how important two-step facial cleansing is. This will allow you to thoroughly remove makeup and impurities that have settled on the skin during the day.

After cleansing the skin with Prebiotic Cleanser, a trace of prebiotics will remain on it. This is the perfect time to apply an oil for daily care, which contains live strains of probiotic bacteria. Probiotics (i.e. good bacteria) can feed on prebiotics left on the skin, thanks to which they will settle better and start to actively form metabolites (i.e. products of bacterial existence that have a beneficial effect on the skin microbiome).

STEP II – DAY CARE OIL

In order to spread the probiotic bacteria, shake the bottle before each use.

Apply a small amount of the product to cleansed skin using a pipette and massage gently. Spread the oil evenly, creating a thin layer on the skin. Small crystals that can be felt on the skin are conglomerates of probiotic bacteria contained in the product. They dissolve on contact with the skin. The oil can be used both on the face and the whole body.

After applying the oil, if it is necessary to apply another product (e.g. a UV filter cream or water-based make-up), wait at least 30 minutes for complete absorption. All water-based products contain preservatives that kill bacteria, including the good ones.

STEP III – POSTBIOTIC BODY CREAM

Apply body lotion 1-2 times a day or more often on particularly dry areas – at your discretion 🙂

Important: Remember not to apply the lotion immediately after using the oil, because due to the content of postbiotics, it inhibits the growth of probiotic bacteria. Then apply the lotion to other parts of the body or at different times of the day.

Keep unopened oil in the refrigerator (2-8 ° C) due to the content of live strains of probiotic bacteria. Once opened, store the product at room temperature and use within three months.

Store the facial cleanser and body lotion at room temperature and use according to the expiration date.
