BAK Oil for acne-prone skin

BAK Oil for Acne-Prone Skin is a clinically tested product for acne-prone skin. It reduces the formation of biofilm and the growth of Cutibacterium acnes, i.e. the pathogenic bacteria that causes acne. The product was created to balance the natural microbiome of the skin without irritating or drying it. The oil is probiotic (because it contains beneficial, live probiotic bacteria), natural, vegan and organic.

– caprylic/capric triglyceride – intensively moisturizes and nourishes the skin. It makes the skin stronger and softer. There is no comedogenic effect.

– Simmondsia Chinensis seed oil [jojoba] – moisturizing oil. Gives the skin softness. Its composition resembles the skin’s own oil (sebum). This makes it suitable for most skin types.

– Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate – a source of fatty acids and antioxidants. When applied to the skin, it is easily absorbed and has a moisturizing effect.

– Ricinus Communis seed oil [ricin] – anti-inflammatory. Perfectly moisturizes the skin and supports its protective functions. Helpful in the treatment of sebum secretion disorders.

– Lactiplantibacillus plantarum LB244R® – probiotic bacteria isolated from fermented cabbage. Balances the skin microbiome, helps make the skin healthy and strong. It reduces dryness, irritation and redness.

– Lactiplantibacillus plantarum LB356R® – probiotic bacteria isolated from fermented beets. This strain binds to Cutibacterium acnes, thanks to which it reduces acne lesions, discoloration and irritation.

– phytosterols – sterols of plant origin have a structure similar to sebum and intercellular cement lipids. Used in cosmetics, they inhibit water loss from the skin.

– tocopherol [vitamin E] – antioxidant, has a positive effect on a wide range of skin problems (from dry skin and eczema to wrinkles). Regenerates skin damaged by the sun.

– Helianthus annuus [sunflower] seed oil – anti-inflammatory properties, reduces redness, smoothes and moisturizes the skin. Strengthens the skin barrier.

Always apply the oil to cleansed skin (we recommend facial cleansing with Prebiotic Cleanser). Use according to individual needs – once a day or twice (morning and evening).

In order to spread the probiotic bacteria, shake the bottle before each use.

Apply a small amount of the product with a pipette to the skin and massage gently. Spread the oil evenly, creating a thin layer on the skin. Small crystals that can be felt on the skin are conglomerates of probiotic bacteria contained in the product. They dissolve on contact with the skin. The oil can be used both on the face and the whole body.

After applying the oil, if it is necessary to apply another product (e.g. a UV filter cream or water-based make-up), wait at least 30 minutes for complete absorption. All water-based products contain preservatives that kill bacteria, including the good ones.

Unopened oil, due to the content of live strains of probiotic bacteria, should be stored in the refrigerator (2-8 ° C).

Once opened, the product should be stored at room temperature and used within three months.
