– Aqua [water] – in cosmetics it is used to moisturize, dissolve substances and protect the skin from drying out. It is intended for all skin types that need water regardless of the season.

– Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate – facilitates the application of cosmetics, e.g. their spreading and applying, creates a protective layer on the skin that protects it against water evaporation, has a softening and smoothing effect on the skin.

– Lactiplantibacillus plantarum LB356® Ferment Lysate (postbiotic) – fermentation lysate from the LB356R bacteria isolated from fermented beets.

– Butyrospermum Parkii Butter [shea butter] – perfectly moisturizes, protects and regenerates dry and damaged skin. It owes its regenerative properties primarily to the high content of phytosterols that stimulate cell growth.

– Glyceryl Stearate Citrate – the emollient acts as an “occlusive dressing”. Protects the skin against water loss. The emollient applied to the skin softens and smoothes it.

– squalane – the action of squalane is extremely wide. Among other things, it works: anti-wrinkle, firming, moisturizing and greasing. In addition, it brightens and softens the skin. It also stimulates cells to rotate and protects against free radicals. 

– glycerin – moisturizing substance. It has the ability to penetrate the stratum corneum, helps active substances penetrate deep into the skin.

– pentylene glycol – moisturizing, softening and keeping the skin in good condition.

– cetyl stearyl alcohol – in skin care preparations, it creates an occlusive layer (film) on the surface, which prevents excessive evaporation of water from the surface, thanks to which it softens and smoothes the skin.

– betaine – provides long-lasting hydration of the skin.

– phenoxyethanol – protects the cosmetic against bacterial infection, which can be introduced during everyday use of the product (e.g. by picking up the cream with your finger).

– xanthan gum – thickener, affects the consistency of the cosmetic product, increasing its viscosity.

– caprylyl glycol – in skin care preparations, it creates an occlusive layer (film) on the surface, which prevents excessive evaporation of water from the surface, thanks to which it softens and smoothes the skin.

– Helianthus Annuus [sunflower] seed oil – has anti-inflammatory properties, reduces redness, smoothes and moisturizes the skin. Strengthens the skin barrier.

– Glyceryl Laurate – in skin care preparations, it creates an occlusive layer (film) on the surface, which prevents excessive evaporation of water from the surface, thanks to which it softens and smoothes the skin.

– tocopherol [vitamin E] – antioxidant, has a positive effect on a wide range of skin problems (from dry skin and eczema to wrinkles). Regenerates skin damaged by the sun.

– Polyglyceryl-3 Polyricinoleate – emulsifier, stabilizes and creates the consistency of the cosmetic.

– citric acid – antioxidant. It has exfoliating properties, reduces discoloration, evens out the skin tone and brightens the skin. Restores the proper pH of the skin.

Apply body lotion 1-2 times a day or more often on particularly dry areas – at your discretion 🙂

Important: Remember not to apply the balm immediately after using BAK Skincare probiotic products (oils, serums), because due to the content of postbiotics, it inhibits the growth of probiotic bacteria. Then apply the lotion to other parts of the body or at different times of the day.

Postbiotic products do not contain live probiotic bacteria, so they do not require refrigeration before opening.
