Proteinbiotic – pour one portion of 25 g (sachet) into a container with 200 ml of milk or water and mix. Use depending on individual needs, no more than 3 times a day. Consume immediately after preparation. Recommended portion for consumption – 25 g.
Arthrobiotic NS – dissolve the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of water and drink after a meal. Use for 1-3 months, then a month break is recommended. Recommended daily dose – 1 sachet.
Proteinbiotic – store at 2-8 degrees Celsius. Dietary supplements should be stored out of the reach of small children.
